Hey Gorgeous!

My name is Lauren Elizabeth and I am recently single mom of 4 beautiful children and a portrait photographer based in Tacoma, Wa. This year has been a journey in finding myself, after years of low self esteem and worth. I have been blessed to go on several retreats meeting women around the country that have uplifted and empowered me, as well as make beautiful strong connections at home with women whom I consider my "cheer squad."

As a photographer, one of my recent passions has been women empowerment portrait sessions. Most clients come into the studio a little nervous or timid to get in front of the camera solo, but as I start to guide them into posing they begin to slowly warm up. As I start making excited commentary behind the camera of how truly gorgeous and amazing they look...there is this SPARK! That sparkle in their eye that starts to light up, that is what sets my soul on fire! I can visually see a day and night difference in the photos and their energy. Their confidence starts to shine, they are feeling themselves, and by the end most are just owning it!

We ALL NEED this! We all CRAVE this! To feel authentically confident in who we are. To feel beautiful, because we are! We are all so uniquely different in appearances, backgrounds and personalities, but isn't that what makes us all so gorgeously special!

The thing is we ALL have that sparkle, sometimes life can make us forget and we just need a little help from a cheer squad to actually OWN it! Help guide and empower us into feeling comfortable to shine our unique sparkle.

I have become so passionate about this, that I created a community for woman to experience the fire of women coming together to empower unshakable confidence, true self love, and raising that self worth price tag. If you are looking for a cheer squad, to help bring out your sparkle, as well as cheer and uplift others, I would like to formally introduce and welcome you to the Sparkle Squad!

Sparkle Squad will be hosting 4 big confidence building events a year, as well as smaller meet ups in between. This was built to be a community, so all ideas and collaborations are welcome!
